Kirundiis a Bantu language that is spoken in Burundi by a population of 97%, which makes 11,045,000 people. In the areas close to Rwanda by a population of (576,000). Uganda by an estimated population of (246,000), Tanzania (512,000) and also the DRC. This leads this language to have a total number of 12.5 million speakers.
