The Ngbaka are a people of Central Africa. They are one of the important numerical groups in the northwest of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Located between the Ubangi River and the middle of the Congo River, they are the majority ethnic group.
Depending on the origin and context, the following forms can be distinguished: Bouaka, Gwaka, Limba, ma « ba, Mbacca, Bwaka, Gbaka, Gmbwaga, Mbaka, Ngbaka-Ma’bo, Ngbakas, Minangende.
